Hi all!
We recently dropped a new column on the Candidate Management page, and I think recruiters are going to love this one.
As of April 9th, you can add an Available for Job column to your candidate buckets and see at a glance whether a talent is actually available before you move them forward. No more bouncing between screens to manually check placement dates!
Here's how it works
The column checks the talent's existing placements against the job's start and end dates and shows one of three statuses right in your candidate view:
- Available means no placement conflicts for the job's dates. Hover over it and you'll see a quick confirmation: "Talent has no competing placements for this Job's dates."
- Partially Unavailable means there's an overlap, but not a full conflict. Hover to see the specific placement's job title and end date so you can make a judgment call.
- Unavailable means one or more placements fully conflict with the job. Hover to see the complete list of conflicting placements with job titles and end dates.
Where to find it
The column is available across all candidate buckets: Nominated/Submitted, Pipelined, Vendor Applicants, Web Applicants, Auto Matcher, and Applicant Search. Just use Field Chooser in any bucket to add it. Your visibility settings save per bucket, so you can set it up exactly the way your team works.
No permission changes, no workflow changes. Just add the column and go!
Have you added it to your buckets yet? Let us know how it's going in the comments!
