Avionté Chat: Message History Panel - Live 4/30 | Off Cycle
🚀 What's New
This release does not follow our normal two week release cycle. The feature or update is Live as of 4/30/2026.
What is the improvement?
Avionté Chat now includes a Message History panel. When you're in a Chat conversation, you can open a collapsible panel on the right side of the screen that displays the talent's last 20 messages across all channels, including Chat and SMS, sorted with the most recent messages at the top.
Why?
Before this update, getting a full picture of a talent's recent communication meant clicking through each individual conversation channel separately. Now, that context is available in one place without leaving the conversation you're already in.
This is particularly useful during high-volume periods when quick context helps you respond to talent faster and avoid sending duplicate or conflicting messages.
How does this impact you?
To open the panel, click the icon button in the top right corner of the Chat window. The Last 20 Messages panel slides open on the right side of the screen, showing the talent's most recent messages. Each entry includes:
- The channel type: Chat (blue badge) or SMS (green badge)
- The group or user the talent is chatting with
- The name of the specific user who sent the message
- The message timestamp
- The message content
Messages you sent appear in blue. Messages from others appear in white. To close the panel, click the icon button again or use the X in the panel header.
System Setting/User Permission Update: This feature requires the Chat system setting. Contact Avionté to enable access for your organization.
DataLink: Contact Tags Added to Data Dictionary - Live 4/29 | Off Cycle
🚀 What's New
This release does not follow our normal two week release cycle. The feature or update is Live as of 4/29/2026.
What is the improvement?
Contact Tags are now available in the DataLink data dictionary. You can include Contact Tag data in your DataLink exports and reporting configurations.
Why?
Contact Tags were missing from the DataLink data dictionary, which prevented users from incorporating tag data into reports and data exports. This update closes that gap.
How does this impact you?
Contact Tag fields are now available in the DataLink data dictionary. No configuration changes are required to access them.

Combined Messaging Utilization Report - Live 4/23 | Off Cycle
🚀 What's New
This release does not follow our normal two week release cycle. The feature or update is Live as of 4/23/2026.
What is the improvement?
The Combined Messaging Utilization Report is a new report that gives your team visibility into messaging activity across the platform. It tracks volume and usage patterns for every communication channel available in AviontéBOLD — SMS, in-app messaging, direct chat, SmartLink, and automated engagement triggers — all in a single view. Filters let you slice the data by office, recruiter, chat group name, notification method, message type, and date, with data available on a rolling two-month basis.
Why?
Until now, there was no single place to see how your team was using messaging across channels and message types. Managers had no easy way to gauge recruiter adoption, compare SMS versus in-app volume, or understand how much candidate outreach was being handled automatically by engagement triggers versus sent manually. The Combined Messaging Utilization Report puts all of that in one place, making it straightforward to identify where messaging is being used well and where there are opportunities to improve.
How does this impact you?
Once Enhanced Reports is enabled, the report is accessible through the PIXEL section in System Settings or your User Profile. You can filter by office, recruiter, chat group name, notification method, message type, and date to view messaging activity across your team for the past two months.
For step-by-step instructions, see the Combined Messaging Utilization Report KB article.
System Setting/User Permission Update: Two settings must be configured before this report is accessible: Enhanced Reports must be enabled in System Settings by an Avionté administrator, and a user claim must be granted by your system administrator to control individual access to the report.
DataLink: Employee Deduction Table & Talent Work History - Live 4/23 | Off Cycle
🚀 What's New
This release does not follow our normal two week release cycle. The feature or update is Live as of 4/23/2026.
What is the improvement?
Two new data sets are now available in DataLink:
- EmployeeDeduction — the Back Office employee deduction table, including 36 columns covering deduction amounts, limits, levy and garnishment flags, agency references, and period-to-date totals.
- Talent Work History — work history entered directly in AviontéBOLD as well as work history parsed from resumes by third-party vendors such as Daxtra.
Why?
The EmployeeDeduction table supports auditing employee deductions, including Child Support garnishments. Talent work history was previously inaccessible in DataLink, limiting the ability to build reports and lists based on a talent's employment background. Surfacing this data supports more targeted outreach and candidate analysis.
How does this impact you?
Both data sets are available in DataLink now. No additional setup is required.
The EmployeeDeduction table includes the following columns:
- EmployeeDeductionGUID
- EmployeeDeductionID
- EmployeeGUID
- ConfigTransactionTypeID
- DeductionAmount
- IsFixedAmount
- IsLevy
- IsPerHour
- StartDate
- EndDate
- PayPeriodLimit
- YearlyLimit
- LifeTimeLimit
- MonthlyLimit
- Sequence
- Active
- PercentNet
- PercentGross
- AgencyGUID
- AgencyReferenceNumber
- EmployeeDIRestriction
- DeductionDIPercent
- DeductionAmountLTD
- DeductionAmountYTD
- DeductionAmountMTD
- BalanceAmount
- ExternalLabel
- ExternalID
- Note
- FrequencyConfigSystemChoiceID
- UserGUID
- DateEntered

New Enhanced Reports Available - Live 4/23 | Off Cycle
🚀 What's New
This release does not follow our normal two week release cycle. The feature or update is Live as of 4/23/2026.
What is the improvement?
The Enhanced Declined Candidate Report, Enhanced Turnover Report, Enhanced Talent Document Report, Enhanced Contractor Markup Report, Enhanced 24/7 Opportunity Response Report, and Enhanced Candidate Contact Details Report are now available. Along with all Enhanced Reports, these deliver a 90% performance improvement over standard AviontéBOLD reports, with reports completing in seconds instead of minutes. You'll also gain access to 5+ years of historical data in a single report (up from the previous 1-year limit), approximately 5-minute data refresh for near real-time insights, and enhanced stability that eliminates timeout errors.
Why?
Legacy reporting infrastructure created workflow bottlenecks—slow processing times, limited historical data access, and reliability issues. Enhanced Reporting leverages Avionté's modern Snowflake/Sisense data architecture to provide the speed and data depth needed for better workforce analysis and faster decision-making.
How does this impact you?
Enhanced Reporting launched February 12th with a modernized interface that makes reporting easier. Reports now auto-load with default date parameters, feature streamlined filters, and offer improved export access. If you frequently analyze multi-year workforce trends or experience slow report processing, this update will significantly improve your workflow. INSIGHTS customers gain additional sharing, scheduling, and customization capabilities for effortless report distribution across teams.
Enhanced Standard Reporting Availability: Enhanced Standard Reporting is available as an optional feature. To opt in, submit a support ticket or contact your CSM to enable faster processing, extended historical data, and improved reliability.

Chat: Talent Summary Hover Card - Live 4/16 | Off Cycle
🚀 What's New
This release does not follow our normal two week release cycle. The feature or update is Live as of 4/16.
What is the improvement?
Recruiters using Avionté Chat can now hover over a talent's name in any conversation to see a summary of key talent details without leaving the Chat panel. The hover card displays the talent's contact information, employment type, placement and talent status, last four digits of their SSN, and up to five recent placements.
Why?
When managing multiple conversations, switching to a talent profile to confirm basic details breaks your focus and slows you down. The hover card puts essential context directly in Chat, so recruiters can quickly confirm who they're talking to and what their current status is without navigating away from the conversation.
How does this impact you?
In the Chat panel, hover over a talent's name in any conversation thread. A summary card appears showing:
- The talent's name and a link to their full profile via the icon in the top right corner of the card.
- Three status badges: Employment Type (always displayed in green), Placement Status (blue for Active Contractor, Placed Permanently, or Placed; gray for all other statuses), and Talent Status (green for Active, red for Inactive, gray for all other statuses).
- Contact details including email address and mobile number. Each field displays an opt-in badge indicating whether the talent has consented to communications through that channel.
- Address and the last four digits of the talent's SSN.
- Up to five recent placements from the talent's placement history. If the talent has more than five placements on record, a link to open their full profile appears at the bottom of the card.
No configuration is required to access the hover card. It is available to all users with Chat access.

Avionté Chat Enhancements - Live 04/14 | Off Cycle
🚀 What's New
This release does not follow our normal two week release cycle. The feature or update is Live as of 4/14/2026.
What is the improvement?
Avionté Chat includes four improvements to recruiter workflows, activity tracking, and SMS number management.
- Recruiters now receive email notifications when talent replies to a chat message.
- Individual chat messages are logged as distinct "Chat Sent" and "Chat Received" activity types on the talent's activity feed, replacing the previous daily aggregate.
- When sending a text message to a contact, recruiters with multiple phone numbers can now select which number to send from.
- The option to migrate a phone number to a Chat User Group is now available for single-user numbers, not just shared ones.
Why?
- Recruiters were missing talent replies because there was no notification when a chat message came in. Email alerts ensure responses don't fall through the cracks during busy placement cycles.
- Per-message activity logging gives recruiters a complete, chronological view of every chat exchange on the talent's record rather than a single daily entry that obscures the details.
- The From number selector resolves a gap that came with the SMS-to-Chat migration: recruiters assigned to multiple user groups now have control over which number a contact sees.
- Expanding the User Group migration utility to single-user numbers means organizations that launched Chat with individually assigned numbers aren't blocked from grouping those numbers as their team grows.
How does this impact you?
- Email notifications for talent chat replies are enabled automatically when the feature is live for your organization. No action is required to start receiving them.
- Chat Sent and Chat Received activity types will appear in the talent activity feed timeline and can be filtered from the activity type dropdown, provided the Chat system setting is on.
- If you send text messages to contacts and have more than one phone number available (a personal number or user group numbers), you will see a number selector before composing the message. If only one number is available, the selector is skipped.
- Admins who need to migrate existing single-user phone numbers to Chat User Groups can now do so from the Avionté SMS tile in Marketplace — the "Convert to Chat User Group" button is no longer limited to numbers with two or more users assigned.
For full setup and configuration details, see the Avionté Chat article upon release.
System Setting/User Permission Update: Chat system setting must be enabled for activity logging and the From number selector to apply. Email notifications and the migration utility expansion are controlled by feature flags managed by Avionté.
Starts Report: 24/7 App Columns - Live 4/10 | Off Cycle
🚀 What's New
This release does not follow our normal two week release cycle. The feature or update is Live as of 4/10.
What is the improvement?
The Starts Report now includes four optional columns that surface 24/7 WORK app data for placed talent: App Login Status, 24/7 WORK Access, Last Active Date, and Smart Link Text Sent Date. The columns are hidden by default and can be enabled when running the report.
Why?
Reviewing 24/7 WORK app engagement for placed talent previously required opening individual talent profiles one at a time. The new columns bring that data into the Starts Report directly, so you can see app activity alongside placement details without leaving the report.
How does this impact you?
The four new columns are available in the Starts Report but unchecked by default. Enable any combination to include 24/7 WORK app data in your results:
- 24/7 App Login Status - Indicates whether the talent has logged in or never logged in to 24/7 WORK
- 24/7 WORK Access - Shows the talent's current app access status (Enabled or Pending)
- 24/7 Last Active Date - Displays the date the talent was last active in the app
- 24/7 Smart Link Text Sent Date - Displays the date a Smart Link text was sent to the talent
For more information on using the Starts Report, see the Starts Report.

Avionté Chat — Live 04/09
🚀 What's New
Action Required: Migrate Your Shared Phone Numbers
If your organization previously had multiple users sharing a single phone number in Avionté SMS, that configuration is no longer supported. All shared numbers must move to the User Group level before Avionté Chat will work correctly.
Run the SMS migration utility in BOLD. It will create a User Group, assign the shared number, and add the existing users automatically. The one step you will need to complete manually is setting a Talent Facing Name for the new group — that is the name your talent will see when they receive messages.
If your recruiters each have their own individual phone number, no action is needed. Those carry over automatically.
PIXEL clients: Your migration happens with a future enhancement. No action is needed at this time.
What is the improvement?
Avionté Chat is a native messaging solution built directly into AviontéBOLD and the 24/7 mobile app. Recruiters send and manage all conversations from a Chat panel embedded in BOLD. Talent receives and replies from the Chat tab in 24/7 on iOS or Android, no separate tool required on either side.
For more information, please refer to Avionté Chat.
Two conversation types are available:
- Agency Chat is a group conversation tied to a User Group (such as a branch or team). Multiple recruiters can see and respond, but talent sees only the agency's brand name, not individual recruiter names.
- Individual Chat is a direct 1:1 conversation between a specific recruiter and a talent, where the recruiter's name is visible. When talent is offline, Agency Chat messages automatically fall back to SMS.
Why?
Managing talent communications across disconnected tools creates gaps in visibility and leaves no centralized record of conversations. Recruiters using separate SMS integrations or third-party texting platforms have no unified view of what was sent, when, or by whom.
Avionté Chat consolidates recruiter-to-talent messaging into one auditable channel inside BOLD. Every conversation is searchable and visible to the right team members, Agency Chat ensures messages reach talent via SMS when they're not in the app, and talent's conversation history carries forward automatically.
How does this impact you?
- Chat is enabled by Avionté. Once on, administrators configure access in BOLD Admin under User Settings. Chat Access (Features tab) grants a user access to the Chat panel, and Chat Admin (Admin tab) allows a user to view all conversations across User Groups and manage Chat settings.
- Agency Chat requires an Avionté SMS phone number assigned to each User Group to support SMS fallback. Phone numbers are purchased and managed through the Avionté Marketplace under SMS Campaign / Phone Number Administration.
- User Groups are set up under Utilities > User Groups, where administrators assign a Talent Facing Name, the brand identity talent will see when they receive Agency Chat messages (for example, a branch name or team name).
- The "Send Text" Quick Action has been replaced as "Send Chat".
Once configured, recruiters initiate conversations directly from a talent's profile using the Chat button in the Quick Actions panel. From there, they choose to send as a User Group (Agency Chat) or as their individual user (Individual Chat). The Chat panel in BOLD shows all conversations, full message history, and a talent online status indicator showing whether talent is currently active in 24/7.
System Setting/User Permission Update: The Chat System Setting is enabled by Avionté. User-level Chat Access and Chat Admin permissions are then configured per user in BOLD Admin.
Avionté Chat: Mass Messaging, Activities and Reporting — Live 04/09
🚀 What's New
What is the improvement?
This update expands Avionté Chat with:
- Mass messaging
- Talent profile activity logging
- Chat audit log exports
- A new Messaging Utilization Report.
Individual Chat (1:1) also gains SMS fallback, matching the behavior already available for Agency Chat.
Existing Avionte SMS configurations are migrated into Chat as part of this release, consolidating all recruiter-to-talent messaging into a single channel in BOLD.
For more information, please refer to Avionté Chat.
Why?
High-volume recruiting requires the ability to reach many candidates quickly. Without mass messaging in Chat, sending shift notifications, availability requests, or job opportunity outreach to large groups required separate integrations or manual individual messages, with no unified record of the communication.
Bringing mass messaging, activity logging, and reporting into Chat means every outbound message, whether sent to one talent or hundreds, lives in the same auditable channel. Administrators gain organization-wide visibility into messaging volume and delivery through the new Messaging Utilization Report.
How does this impact you?
- Mass Messaging: Recruiters can send a Chat message to multiple talent at once using Mass Actions > Chat from Talent Search or from a Job's talent list. Each talent receives the message as an individual conversation, not a group thread.
- Talent Profile Activity: Chat messages generate a daily activity entry on the talent's profile feed, making communication history visible alongside other talent record activity.
- Audit Log Exports: Administrators can export individual chat logs or a full chat history for a talent for compliance and recordkeeping purposes.
- Messaging Utilization Report: A new report provides an overview of messaging activity across the organization, including volume and delivery method (in-app vs. SMS fallback).
- Individual Chat SMS Fallback: Individual Chat (1:1) now delivers via SMS when talent is offline, matching the existing behavior for Agency Chat.
Clients currently using the Avionte SMS integration will have their messaging routed through Chat as part of this release. Shared phone numbers used in the prior configuration will be deprecated.
Clients will have a new button in the Avionte SMS marketplace tile to migrate shared phone numbers to user groups with that phone number associated to it (the users who shared it are part of the new user group). This way the client can retain the history around that number with the new chat feature.
System Setting/User Permission Update: No additional system setting changes are required beyond what was configured for the initial Avionté Chat release. Mass Messaging is available to users with existing Chat Access permissions.
New Enhanced Reports Available - Live 04/09
🚀 What's New
What is the improvement?
The Enhanced 24/7 Opportunities Detail Report, 24/7 SmartLink Summary Report, Additional Transactions Report, and the Latest Candidate Stage Report, along with all Enhanced Reporting deliver a 90% performance improvement over standard BOLD reports, with reports completing in seconds instead of minutes. You'll also gain access to 5+ years of historical data in a single report (up from the previous 1-year limit), approximately 5-minute data refresh for near real-time insights, and enhanced stability that eliminates timeout errors.
Enhanced Standard Reporting Availability
Enhanced Standard Reporting is now available as an optional feature for your system.

Symmetry Form Auto-Download Disabled - Live 04/09
🚀 What's New
What is the improvement?
We are deprecating the automatic download of PDF copies of Symmetry tax forms when completed. Completed forms are still saved and accessible in Talent Portal > Profile > Documents, where talent can view and download them at any time.
Why?
Many staffing agencies conduct onboarding on shared computers — lobby kiosks, library terminals, or office workstations used by multiple applicants. When completed Symmetry forms downloaded automatically, the PDF containing an applicant's personal and tax information was left on that machine, accessible to whoever used it next. This change directly addresses compliance and data privacy concerns for agencies running group or walk-in orientations on communal devices.
How does this impact you?
No action is required. The change takes effect automatically for builds with the 24/7 Onboarding and Symmetry features enabled. Talent completing Symmetry tasks via the web will no longer see a PDF download to their browser upon completion. Their completed form will still appear in Talent Portal > Profile > Documents, where they can open and download it directly if needed.

Onboarding Compliance Report – Work Authorization Expiration Date Column - Live 04/09
🚀 What's New
What is the improvement?
The Onboarding Compliance Report now includes a Work Authorization Expiration Date column, displayed immediately after the I9 Validated Date column. This new field shows the expiration date of each talent's work authorization directly within the report.
Why?
Staffing coordinators managing compliance for large talent pools previously had to open individual talent profiles to check work authorization expiration dates—adding time and manual effort to an already compliance-heavy workflow. Surfacing this date directly in the Onboarding Compliance Report means coordinators can identify expiring authorizations at a glance, take proactive steps before a talent's eligibility lapses, and reduce the risk of placing talent with expired documentation.
How does this impact you?
The Work Authorization Expiration Date column is now visible in the Onboarding Compliance Report without any additional setup. Run the report as usual and look for the new column immediately following I9 Validated Date. Use this field alongside existing compliance filters to prioritize outreach to talent whose work authorization is approaching expiration.

Tax Statements - Live 04/09
🚀 What's New
What is the improvement?
HCM users can now view and download talent tax documents directly from the Talent profile in AviontéBOLD. A new Tax Statements tab under Talent | History provides access to W2, T4, T4A, 1095C, and 1099 forms—organized by document type and available to download on demand.
Why?
When talent contacts your agency to retrieve a tax document, coordinators previously had no way to access those forms without leaving AviontéBOLD. Tax Statements brings that information directly into the platform, so your team can respond to document requests quickly without switching systems or relying on back-office staff to track down records.
How does this impact you?
Users with the Tax Statements permission will see a new Tax Statements tab when navigating to Talent | History. The tab displays available tax documents organized by type (W2 or T4 depending on the talent's country, plus T4A, 1095C, and 1099 where applicable). Each section can be expanded to view the Employer, Tax Year, and a Download link. Only document types on file for that talent will appear. If no documents are available, the tab will display: There are no tax statements records for this talent.
System Setting/User Permission Update: Access to Tax Statements requires the Tax Statements user permission under Back Office | History View | Tax Statements. Users without this permission will not see the Tax Statements tab.
Candidate Management: Added an Available for Job column - Live 04/09
🚀 What's New
A new column, Available for Job, is now available on the Candidate Management page across all candidate buckets, including Nominated/Submitted, Pipelined, Vendor Applicants, Web Applicants, Auto Matcher, and Applicant Search. The column can be added or removed using Field Chooser in each bucket.
The Available for Job column displays one of three statuses based on whether the Talent has conflicting placements during the Job's date range:
- Available — The Talent has no placements that overlap the Job's start and end dates. Hover to see: Talent has no competing placements for this Job's dates.
- Partially Unavailable — The Talent has a placement that partially overlaps the Job's dates. Hover to see the conflicting placement's Job Title and End Date.
- Unavailable — The Talent has one or more placements that fully conflict with the Job's dates. Hover to see a list of conflicting placements with Job Titles and End Dates.
Why?
Recruiters previously had no quick way to confirm whether a Talent was available before attempting to place them on a Job. This required manual cross-referencing of placement dates, slowing down the candidate review process and increasing the risk of placement conflicts.
How does this impact you?
HCM users with access to the Candidate Management page can now assess availability status at a glance — without leaving the screen. The Available for Job column is configurable in Field Chooser and retains its visibility settings per bucket. No workflow changes are required; this new column provides additional transparency to placement data.
System Setting/User Permission Update: None.
EEO Compliance Enhancement - Middle Eastern or North African Race Category - Live 04/09
🚀 What's New
What is the improvement?
AviontéBOLD and Back Office now include "Middle Eastern or North African" as a race option in EEO data collection. The full race list has also been reordered to align with federal reporting standards. This category appears in talent profile management, EEO surveys, onboarding workflows, careers page applications. The update also includes API support for systems that submit or retrieve race data.
Why?
Federal race and ethnicity reporting standards are changing. The Office of Management and Budget updated its Statistical Policy Directive No. 15 to add "Middle Eastern or North African" as a distinct category separate from "White." The EEO-1 has not yet adopted this change, but this update positions your organization to be ready if and when it does.
California's Civil Rights Department has already made the change, requiring employers with 100 or more employees and at least one California worker to report MENA as a separate race/ethnicity category in annual pay data filings.
Collecting this data now keeps your EEO records accurate and your organization ready — whether you're filing in California today or preparing for federal EEO-1 changes ahead.
How does this impact you?
The new race category is automatically available throughout AviontéBOLD and Back Office. Talent can select "Middle Eastern or North African" when completing EEO information during onboarding, through careers page applications, or when updating their profile. The option appears in talent profile EEO sections, EEO surveys, onboarding tasks, and all data collection touchpoints. If your agency uses Adobe integrations for EEO data, those mappings have been updated to support the new category as well.
No action required. The enhancement takes effect automatically across all EEO data collection points.
System Setting/User Permission Update: Any client who collects EEO via an Adobe document will need to update their template to include the option "Middle Eastern or North African" to their EEO Race options.
Microsoft Security Update: New Warning Connecting via Remote Desktop
🚀 What's New
What is the improvement?
Following Microsoft's April 2026 security update, users may see a new security dialog when launching a Remote Desktop (RDP) session into Classic or Back Office. This dialog is part of a Microsoft-initiated change and is expected behavior.
Why?
Microsoft introduced this dialog to protect users from phishing attacks that misuse RDP files. The warning informs users about which local resources (such as drives, clipboard, or cameras) a remote connection is requesting access to, and lets them make informed decisions before connecting.
How does this impact you?
No action is required on your part. Proceed through the dialog as normal to continue your session. This prompt does not indicate an issue with your connection or environment.
For more information, see Microsoft's documentation on understanding security warnings when opening RDP files.

Application Receipts – Auto-Enabled for Illinois Clients - Live 4/06 | Off Cycle
🚀 What's New
This release does not follow our normal two week release cycle. The feature or update is Live as of 4/6/2026.
What is the improvement?
Avionté has enabled the Application Receipts system setting for all existing clients with Employers or Offices in Illinois. Administrators no longer need to contact Avionté to turn on this feature — it's ready to manage directly from your build. If you create an Employer or Office after this update and need this feature enabled, you will need to contact Avionte to enable the feature.
Why?
Illinois-based organizations can now take immediate control of Application Receipts without waiting for Avionté to enable it on their behalf. Administrators can go straight to user permissions and decide which team members have access, putting configuration in your hands from day one.
How does this impact you?
Your Application Receipts system setting has already been enabled — no action is required on your end to activate it. Administrators should review user permissions and enable the Application Receipts user permission for the appropriate team members at their own discretion.
Note: This is a one-time update. New clients onboarding after this release will still need to request enablement through Avionté or work with their implementation team to activate Application Receipts.
System Setting/User Permission Update: The Application Receipts system setting has been enabled for all builds with an Employer or Office in Illinois. The user permission for Application Receipts has not been changed — administrators retain full control over which users can access this feature.
DataLink PII Field Expansion - Live 04/06 | Off Cycle
🚀 What's New
This release does not follow our normal two week release cycle. The feature or update is Live as of 4/6/2026.
What is the improvement?
DataLink now includes an expanded set of applicant data fields in the Applicants and Hiring Manager tables. The following fields are available for reporting and integration: SSN, Date of Birth, Gender, Race, Disability status, Veteran status, Work Authorization, E-Verify Date, and E-Verify Case Number.
Why?
Organizations using DataLink to power downstream reporting and compliance workflows have needed access to this applicant data to fulfill audit, EEO, and E-Verify recordkeeping requirements. Without these fields available in DataLink, teams had to source this information separately, creating additional manual steps in their reporting processes.
How does this impact you?
These fields are now available in the Applicants and Hiring Manager tables within DataLink. No changes to your existing DataLink setup are required to access these fields.
System Setting/User Permission Update: None.
