We run the Hiring History, Starts, recruiting Advanced Stats, and Sales Activities reports more than any.  We get most of our metrics out of these.

We are using BOLD advanced searches the most.  We were super excited about the Auto Match but we have a lot to clean up in talent records before this tool can be effective for us.
