Attached is the checklist document for a Parallel Upgrade. Clients should access each tab in the spreadsheet, complete the form, and attach it to the associated upgrade ticket once the processes have been verified.


For clients on the hosted Avionté platform, testing must be completed within three weeks of the parallel environment's deployment.
