Benefit Harbor: Talent Onboarding Task

This feature is currently available to Early Adopters only and is not yet released for general use.

This article provides a walkthrough for talent with instructions on how to fill out the Benefit Harbor onboarding task once it has been sent by your recruiter.

Note: Talent can complete their benefits enrollment task through either the BOLD desktop application or the 24/7 mobile app. When completing the task through the 24/7 app, talent will be automatically redirected back to the app once the process is finished, ensuring a seamless experience across both platforms.

Completing the Onboarding Task

  1. Have the talent log in to BOLD. They will see a list of all pending onboarding tasks. They will click Start next to the Benefit Harbor task.

  2. A pop-up will open that will auto-fill based on the talent's profile. If any required fields are not pre-filled, the talent will fill them, and then click Save to proceed.

  3. Talent will automatically be redirected to the Benefit Harbor page to complete the task. The first page will be a landing page that will show them details of any plans they have already enrolled in. They will click Start Enrollment to continue.

  4. The next page will have more personal information that will again auto-fill based on their profile. They should again fill any missing fields here before scrolling down and pressing Continue to proceed.

  5. On the second page, they will be able to add any dependents by clicking the Add a Dependent button.

  6. This will open a pop-up where talent will enter all information about the dependent and can be repeated for as many dependents as they have.

  7. Once all dependents are added, they will click Continue to proceed.

  8. The next series of pages will allow the talent to then opt in to any plans available to them, beginning with Major Medical. To enroll in a plan, they will first click the Enroll button.

  9. A list of any eligible plans will open, and they will select their preferred option.

  10. Once selected, they will click Continue.

  11. The page will update showing the talent's selected plan, and they will again click Continue.

  12. Talent will then repeat this for both Dental and Vision plans. If they wish to instead opt out of one of these plans, they can click the Waive button.

  13. Talent will again click Continue after each plan is chosen or waived.

  14. Once all selections are complete, talent is brought to a confirmation page showing all of their selections. They will click Continue to finalize the enrollment and be returned to BOLD.

After the initial setup of Benefit Harbor, the talent can view their benefit enrollments under the Benefit Enrollments tab in the AviontéBOLD Talent Portal.
