Recover Record Archive

Anytime an Applicant/Talent, Contact, Company Profile or a Job is deleted, it is stored in Avionté's Record Archive to be recovered at any time.

NOTE: Talent profiles that are archived as a result of merging can be restored, however this will not completely reverse all aspects of the merge. Items such as documents that were merged into a different talent profile will not be restored, and PII data such as SSN purged from the archived profile will also not be restored.

Recovering a Deleted Record or Requisition

  1. Click on Account & Settings
  2. Click on Utilities

  8. Once you have found the record to recover, click on the Restore button.
    1. If you are restoring a contact who is associated with an archived company, the company will also be restored. If this is the case, a pop-up will open for you to confirm you would like to proceed with the restoration of both items.
    2. The profile will then appear on the front end.
    3. When viewing paycard records, ID's will be displayed to the right of the item, in parentheses.

Requesting Access to an Archived Record

If a user without the correct access navigates directly to an archived Applicant/Talent profile, they will see a message stating the profile has been archived and that, with the correct access, it can be restored from the Record Archive. A Request Access button is available on this page.image

  • Clicking Request Access sends a request to the Representative assigned to that Talent profile, found in the profile's Operational Information section.
  • The Representative receives an email notification identifying who requested access and includes a link directly to the profile.
  • From that email, the Representative can go to the profile and update the applicant's sharing rules to grant access.
