Locating the Analyze Report

Click on Analyze Tab
The Reports Sub Tab will automatically be selected
In the Search Reports field, type COMPREHENSIVE ASSIGNMENT
Click on the Comprehensive Assignment Report

Logic

This report shows a comprehensive list of information associated with an Assignment.

Filter Options

Filter Name	Options	Description
Branch	All available branches.	Use this filter to refine branches of the Assignment
Date Type	Assignment Date Entered / Assignment Start Date / Assignmnet End Date / Active	Use this filter to refine Employee's Assignments by Date Type
Start Date		Use this filter to refine the Employee's Assignments falling between the date range as per the Date Type selected
End Date		Use this filter to refine the Employee's Assignments falling between the date range as per the Date Type selected
Customer Name	Free Text	Filters results by customer name.
Extra Value		Value list of all Assignment Extra. If Selected, the AQ will display the value of that particular extra.

BoldTalentID	The ID assigned to the employee on the front end (BOLD).
EmployeeName	Pulls employee name from the employee.
SSN	Pulls employee’s social security number from the employee.
EmployeeStatus	Pulls employee status from the employee.
PrimaryContact	Pulls employee’s primary contact info.
EmployeeEmail	Pulls employee's email address [Contact method with SystemName='email'].
IsW2	Indicates whether the assignment is a W2 or Non-W2 assignment.
DateofBirth	Pulls employee’s date of birth.
Gender	Pulls employee’s gender.
CustomerName	Pulls Order/Assignments Customer Name.
DepartmentName	Pulls Order/Assignments Customer's Department Name.
JobTitle	Pulls Order's Job Title.
WCCode	Pulls Order's WC Code.
OrderID	Pulls order ID from staffing order.
BoldJobID	The ID assigned to the job on the front end (BOLD).
OrderType	Pulls order type from staffingorder.
OTPlan	Pulls OT Plan from Assignment.
AssignmentID	Pulls assignment ID from the assignment.
AssignmentType	A description of the assignment.
MarkUp	Pulls markup name from the Order if Order has a markup.
Branch	Pulls site name from the assignment.
Shift	Pulls shift name from assignment schedule.
PerformanceCode	The performance choice code associated with the assignment.
EndReason	The reason the assignment ended.
OriginalStartDate	Pulls min start date from assignment schedule.
EndDate	Pulls end date from most recent assignment schedule.
OrderStartDate	Pulls start date from the Order.
OrderEndDate	Pulls end date from the Order.
#Days on Assignment	Pulls Number of days the Assignment is/was Open.
RegPayRate	Pulls pay rate from assignment rate with pay code Reg.
RegBillRate	Pulls bill rate from assignment rate with pay code Reg.
RegHours	Pulls Reg hours associated with the assignment.
OTPayRate	Pulls pay rate from assignment rate with pay code OT.
OTBillRate	Pulls bill rate from assignment rate with pay code OT.
OTHours	Pulls OT hours associated with the assignment.
DTPayRate	Pulls pay rate from assignment rate with pay code DT.
