User Access Report

User Access Report

The User Access Report gives administrators and compliance teams a single, auditable view of exactly which permissions each HCM user has been granted — no more manually checking individual user profiles one at a time.

Note: No system setting changes are required to use this report. It's available to all users with access to Operational Reports.

Why Use This Report

Organizations need clear visibility into user permissions for compliance audits, access reviews, and security governance. Previously, there was no efficient way to review what permissions each HCM user held. The User Access Report provides that visibility at a glance, making access management faster and more reliable.

Accessing the Report

  1. Click the Analyze tab. The Reports sub-tab is selected automatically.
  2. In the Search Reports field, type User Access, or browse to the Operational Reports category.
  3. Select the User Access Report from the results.
