5 Account Manager Create an internal comment on the ticket linking back to the MOU& API subscriptions in Sales Force so PAT can see them.

  • Confirm in Salesforce MOU & Active API Subscription
    • Verify contract start date for the API subscription
      1. Search for the client in SF
      2. Click on "Contract"
      3. Select the active subscription
      4. Click the "Related" tab
      5. Click "View All" under the "Contract Line Item" widget
      6. Review the Go Live Date for the Avionte+ API Access line item
  • Add client to Identity in AMP Automations: Automation = Identity - Add Tenant to Bold Partner, partnerName = Kombo
  • Add tenant to webhook subscription in AMP Automations: Automation = Webhooks - Add AMP Code to Partner, partner = Kombo
  • Pass along information to certified integrator via SharePoint :
    • Client Name
    • Client Tenant
    • Front Office ID
7 PAT
  1. Use Macro "Creds in Secure SharePoint" to notify Kombo  of creds
  2. Use Macro "Kombo Set up Integration Complete"
  3. Close ticket
