1 Client Request Integration via Zendesk
2 Support or Account Manager Use macro "Presearch Background Services Certified Integration Set Up" to direct to partnerships
3 Account Manager Send MOU to customer via SFDC opp: See training
4 Account Manager API Subscription is active/signed in Salesforce
5 Account Manager Create an internal comment on the ticket linking back to the MOU& API subscriptions in Sales Force so PAT can see them.

Pre-requisites:

  • Confirm in Salesforce that both the MOU and Active API Subscription exist

AMP Automation tasks:

  1. Identity → Add Tenant to Bold Partner
    • partnerName = presearch
  2. Webhooks → Add AMP Code to Partner
    • partnerName = presearch

Communication:

7 PAT

Add the following information:

Presearch Sharepoint → Update the document "Client " with tenant information.

 

Information to add to both Presearch's Client Document:

  1. Client Name
  2. Client Tenant
  3. Front Office ID
8 PAT

Add the following items to the client's BOLD instance:

 

Talent Activity Types in Bold > Table Editor > Talent Activities & Tasks

  • Background Check Status
  • Background Check Result

 

 Nomination stage in Bold > Table Editor > Job > Nominate Stages

  • Enter Item ="Background Check"
  • Select Item Type = "General"
  • Enter order = 0
  • Mgr View = Unchecked
9 PAT
  1. Use Macro "Creds in Secure SharePoint" to notify Presearch Background of creds
  2. Use Macro "Presearch Background Set up Integration Complete"
  3. Close ticket
