Interested refers to jobs that have matched to the talent, and are set as Interest jobs. These jobs are shifts that a Talent would express Interest in, and then wait for confirmation from the recruiting agency to be started. This tab includes Available jobs, as well as all jobs that the Talent has already Submitted their interest to.
In all cases, clicking on a job pulls up the job's description. This details the job's title, worksite address, shift schedule, skills, and more.
Understanding Job Schedule Types
Jobs in the 24/7 app can display with different schedule configurations depending on how they were created in BOLD:
Standard Scheduled Jobs
Jobs with specific days and times will display the exact shift schedule, showing each shift with its start and end times.
In this example, the job "all day event" shows 6 shifts across Monday, Wednesday, and Friday with specific times (12:00 AM - 12:00 AM CDT indicates an all-day shift).
Flexible Schedule Jobs
Jobs created without specific days or times will display with "Varies" in the time field, indicating that the schedule details will be confirmed with the Talent directly.
In this example, the job "shiftless" shows the start date and "Varies" for the time, providing Talent with flexibility while still presenting the opportunity.
Talent Schedule
Talent can view all their committed work assignments in the Work Schedule, including shifts from jobs that were distributed through 24/7 as well as placements made directly in BOLD. Talent receive notifications for all placement activities—including initial assignments, schedule changes, and cancellations—ensuring complete visibility of their work commitments.
The Work tab at the bottom of the app will bring Talent to their work schedule. Here they have the option of either a Calendar or List view, and can tab or scroll respectively to view their committed shifts. Shifts they are committed to are symbolized by a marker dot on the applicable date.
Clicking on the name of the job will bring the job details up. This allows Talent to look into their schedule in advance, as well as to check in or check out of an imminent or ending shift.
