What is it?: This integration feature allows restrictions that are added in BOLD to be recognized be the 24/7 app when jobs are distributed.
How to Access:
In BOLD, go to a Talent profile and click restrictions. New restrictions can be added to one Office or an entire Company here.
Restrictions can also be accessed under the Company record, by adding the Talent by name.
Once a restriction has been added in BOLD, the Enterprise will show up in the 24/7 web portal under that Talent's Blocklist.
This will prevent the Talent from getting Interest opportunities or Offers through the app's Dynamic Distribution if the order is under one of these Enterprises.
Note: The restriction integration is not 2-ways. If you added an enterprise to 24/7's Blocklist, it will not add this as a restriction under that talent in BOLD. It is recommended that you add all restrictions within the BOLD platform.
