Rapid! Card Portal Access

Overview

The Rapid! Card Portal is the centralized platform for managing CHANGE card accounts and related functions. Avionté has updated the portal access buttons in both talent and client portals to direct users to Rapid! instead of the legacy CHANGE Card Portal, streamlining card management and ensuring access to the most current tools and features.

• Talent users can now access the Rapid! Card Portal directly from their portal to manage their CHANGE card accounts
• Client users can access the Rapid! AdminPortal to oversee card programs and account administration
• The updated buttons route to the correct Rapid! environment, replacing the previous CHANGE portal links

Accessing Rapid! Card Portal as a Talent User

Talent users can access the Rapid! Card Portal directly from their Avionté portal to view and manage their CHANGE card account details, transactions, and settings.

1. Log in to your Avionté talent portal
2. Locate the Rapid! Card Portal button (previously labeled "CHANGE Card Portal")
3. Click the button to navigate to rapidfs.com/login (Rapid! CardHolder Web)
4. Log in with your CHANGE card credentials to access your account

Accessing Rapid! AdminPortal as a Client User

Client users can access the Rapid! AdminPortal directly from their Avionté portal to manage card programs, accounts, and related administrative functions.

1. Log in to your Avionté client portal
2. Locate the Rapid! Card Portal button (previously labeled "CHANGE Card Portal")
3. Click the button to navigate to rapidadmin.com/login (Rapid! AdminPortal Web)
4. Log in with your admin credentials to access account management tools
