Filter Panel
Locating the Analyze Report
- Click on Analyze Tab
The Reports Sub Tab will automatically be selected - In the Search Reports field, type CERTIFICATION
- Click on the Talent Certification Report
Logic
This report populates talent certification data to pull all available assigned or missing certifications for the talent between a date range.
Filter Options

| Region | All available Region List | Use this filter to refine Talent's Region | |
| Office | All available Office List | Use this filter to refine Talent's Office | |
| Talent Status | All available Talent Statuses List | Use this filter to refine Talent's Status | |
| Certification Category | All available Certification Category List | Use this filter to refine Talent's Certification Category | |
| Certification Type | All available Certification Type List | Use this filter to refine Talent's Certification Type | |
| Missing Certifications | Yes/No |
Yes = Talents missing a specified certification. No = Talents with specified certification. |

| Show EEO Info | Yes, No | This will only show the values on EEO fields like Birthdate, Gender, Race, Veteran and Disablitity (if available) if the parameter, Show EEO info is Yes, and if these two properties, Tax Admin and View/Edit EEO Details on Tax Tab are checked on User level or User Type level |

| Talent Tags | All, None and Other Talent Tags | This will show the tags details selected in the dropdown on Talent tags field. (use this filter to refine records by Talent's Tags) |

| Date Range | Options in the dropdown: None, Yesterday, Today, Tomorrow, Last Week, This Week, Next Month,etc. | When 'Date Range' is selected, 'Date From' and 'Date To' will be automatically disabled. The user will need to select either 'Date Range' or enter 'Date From' and 'Date To'. |
