The Enhanced Timesheet Commission User Info Report gives you timesheet-level commission detail inside Avionté's Analyze tab. Each row ties a single timesheet to a single commission user — a recruiter, sales rep, or other assigned role — along with the bill, pay, burden, and cost figures behind that timesheet, so finance and recruiting teams can reconcile payroll and validate commission calculations without leaving the reporting interface.

Note: No additional system settings or permissions are required — the report is available to all users with Analyze access. If you see unexpected results, check your active filters in the right panel: the data you see depends on your security permissions, so users with restricted access may see fewer timesheets than colleagues with broader visibility.

Understanding This Report

What This Report Shows You

The Enhanced Timesheet Commission User Info Report displays commission amounts and percentages for individual jobs within a specified time frame, broken out by timesheet. When a timesheet's placement has more than one commission user — for example, a recruiter and a sales rep both credited on the same job — each commission user appears as a separate row for that timesheet.

Alongside the commission breakdown, the report carries the same financial detail as the standard report it replaces: total bill, total pay, burden, cost of service, and gross profit for each timesheet, so you get commission context and the underlying financials in one place.

Why Use This Report

This report helps you manage commission accuracy and answer questions such as:

  • Which timesheets carry commission, and who is receiving credit — recruiter, sales rep, or both?
  • Are commission percentages and allocations configured correctly for a given pay period?
  • How does commission compare to gross profit and cost of service for a specific job or company?
  • Which offices, companies, or consultants are generating the most commission-bearing timesheets?

Who Benefits From This Report

Finance / Payroll Teams: Reconcile commission payouts against timesheet-level bill, pay, and burden figures before processing payroll.

Sales Leadership / Recruiting Management: Track commission earned by recruiter or sales rep across offices and companies to inform performance reviews and compensation planning.

Branch / Operations Managers: Monitor commission and profitability trends for the offices and companies they oversee.

Using Filters

Filters appear on the right side of your screen and help you focus on a specific slice of commission data. All filters default to "Include all" except Date Range, which defaults to This Month.

Reading the Data

The Enhanced Timesheet Commission User Info Report creates one row per commission user on a timesheet. If a timesheet's placement has two people receiving commission credit, that timesheet appears twice — once for each commission recipient, with their respective Commission Type, User, and Total Commission.

Commission Management

Auditing Commission Accuracy

Export a pay period with all filters set to "Include all" and check that Allocation (%) values for each timesheet sum to the expected total across all commission-user rows for that timesheet.

Identifying Missing Commission Assignments

Set Commission Type to "No User Type" to find timesheets with no commission role assigned. Confirm whether these are legitimate (no commission applies) or a setup gap that needs correction on the placement.

Team Performance Analysis

Filter by an individual User to see every timesheet they're earning commission from in a period, then compare Total Commission across users to review distribution.

Exporting Your Data

Export your report data to share with stakeholders, perform additional analysis, or maintain records outside of Avionté.

  1. Apply any filters you want to include in your export
  2. Click the three-dot menu icon (⋮) in the top right corner of the report area
  3. Select your preferred format from the Download submenu:
    • Image: Creates a visual snapshot of the report as currently displayed
    • CSV File: Exports raw data compatible with Excel, Google Sheets, and database tools

Timesheets with multiple commission users will appear as multiple rows in your export.

  3. Click the icon to re-run the report based on your current filter selections
