Staffing Referrals Enhancements - 04/18/2023 [RN]

We have added webhook events to trigger talent_saved event when an update is made in the Operational or Referral information on the Talent profile in Bold.

Customers were facing a challenge with receiving events for the Operational and Referral information. As a result they were making massive nightly API calls to keep Talent data in sync.

Adding webhook events allows you to receive notifications whenever there is a change or update to Operational and Referral fields. This eliminates the need to make excessive API calls to ensure accuracy of Talent data. 

Any partner/vendor/client that is added to the talent_saved event subscription, will receive the talent_saved event when there are updates to the Operational or Referral info.
