Some jobs require more than 30 applicants, so we've made it easier for recruiters to fill these high-volume jobs. Within AviontéBOLD, users can view more suggested applicants based on geographic location and skill matching for a job.
Improvement:
We improved the recruiter experience in AviontéBOLD, enabling users to retrieve more than 30 applicants via the Auto Matcher widget on the Job Talent page.
Why?
Customer feedback noted that they may frequently need to place many more than 30 applicants on a given job, so it's imperative the Auto Matcher provide as many applicants that are matched to the job as possible.
How does this impact you?
Thanks to this enhancement, you can now click the "Show More" button at the bottom of the Auto Matcher list of recommended talent, showing more suggested applicants based on geographic location and skill matching to the primary category set on a job.
