ACA Companion - Error Messages

The ACA Companion Application generates a range of error messages summarizing an issue. To assist troubleshooting, each error message has a unique code with its prefix corresponding to an area in the application. Those codes are detailed below.

ACA Companion Application Error Messages

Code Beings With... Error Category Description
EM Employee Migration Message is generated due to an issue with Employee Migration.
BM Benefit Migration Message is generated due to an issue with Benefit Migration.
AU Authentication Message is generated as a result of an authentication/login issue.
RP Report Preparation Message is generated when attempting to generate report data.

Employee Migration Errors

Code Internal Name Displayed Message Resolution
EM001   Multiple Employee Record Mismatch Update the employee's data in the Avionté core application to ensure the employee records match. The mismatch may have occurred in one or more of the following fields: First Name, Middle Name, Last Name, Geocode, Street 1, Street 2, City, State, Zip Code and/or Country Code. The data must match for all records.
Note: This only occurs for imports from the Avionté core application.
EM002   Invalid SSN Ensure the employee has a valid Social Security number (SSN). The SSN must be a 9 digit number.
EM003   Multiple Primary Address Records Ensure the employee only has one primary address.
EM004   Multiple employee record SSN mismatch

Update the SSN in the Avionté Core Application so that it matches across employee records. The system detects when the data has been updated and verifies that the SSN is the same for all employee records in case there is a mismatch.

Notes

Only SSN data mismatches are returned. If other data is mismatched, an error will not be returned.

If an employee's SSNs do not match, additional data will also be blocked from syncing or refreshing for that employee. This is because the SSN connects the Avionté core application and the ACA Companion Application.

EM005   Missing employee data Add the data (e.g. SSN, street 1, city, state, zipcode) that the employee is missing in the Avionté Core Application.
