ACA Companion - Home Tab (Import & Sync)

Once an employee is entered into the Avionté application, ACA information is tracked throughout the year. The ACA Companion Application is used at year end to generate the tracked ACA information into reports.

Setup

The Home tab is used to import existing data from the Avionté Core application into the ACA Companion application. The Employee Data Import (Import Employee Data button) can be synced to push new Employee records from the Avionté core application into the Companion Application.

The Benefit Data import (Import Benefit Data button) is a one-time process that is used to convert deductions or contributions entered on an employee's record in the core application to offers of coverage in the Companion Application. Once this process has been finalized and confirmed, the Import Benefit Data button will inactivate, and the user is now committed to entering offers of coverage directly into the Companion Application. There is no ongoing sync capability to convert payroll deductions and contributions to enrollments in the Companion Application.
