SimpleVMS SSO Features

The SSO feature makes it easier for users to manage their workflows across Bold and SimpleVMS, ensuring faster access to critical information and improving the overall user experience.

We have added SSO to the following Pages:

• Dashboard in BOLD to Dashboard in SimpleVMS
• BOLD Job records with an orgin of SimpleVMS to Job posting record in BOLD
• Talent Nominations in BOLD to Job Posting Candidate Records
• Hired Details in BOLD to Worker record in SimpleVMS
• Analyze to SimpleVMS Reports
  
  

User Access:

Granting access to the SimpleVMS feature is done on a User by user basis.  Admin users have the ability to give access to users by enabling the SimpleVMS SSO access user permission.

SSO Functionality Details

1. Dashboard in Bold to Dashboard in SimpleVMS:

   • Users can now navigate from the Bold Dashboard directly to the SimpleVMS Dashboard with a single click. This allows easy access to essential views like the In/Out board, which helps track whether talent is clocked in or out for the day. This enhances visibility and ensures better management of daily operations in SimpleVMS.

2. Nomination Stage to Job Posting SSO:

   • When viewing Talent Nominations in Bold, users can now quickly transition to the Job Posting Candidate Section in SimpleVMS. This enables users to easily update candidate data, providing a seamless workflow between Bold and SimpleVMS without having to log in multiple times.

3. Job Records SSO:

   • The Single Sign-On Icon on the Job Record in Bold now takes users directly to the Job Posting Record in SimpleVMS. This provides users with immediate access to important job metadata such as expected hours, shifts, and other job details, ensuring that users can efficiently manage job-related information.

4. Hired Details SSO:

   • The Hired Details SSO allows users to quickly navigate from Bold to the Worker Record in SimpleVMS. This feature gives users direct access to worker details, including notes and attachments, ensuring that all relevant information is at their fingertips when making decisions.

5. Reports:
