Benefits in a Card: Talent Onboarding Task

This article provides a walkthrough for talent with instructions on how to complete the Benefits in a Card onboarding task once it has been sent by your recruiter.

Note: Talent can complete their benefits enrollment task through either the BOLD desktop application or the 24/7 mobile app. When completing the task through the 24/7 app, talent will be automatically redirected back to the app once the process is finished, ensuring a seamless experience across both platforms.

Filling the Onboarding Task

  1. Log in to BOLD. From the list of pending onboarding tasks, click Start next to the Benefits in a Card task.

  2. A pop-up will open that auto-fills based on the talent's profile. Fill in any required fields that are not pre-populated, then click Save to proceed.

  3. You will be automatically redirected to the Benefits in a Card page. The first page displays personal information that again auto-fills from your profile. Fill in any missing fields, then scroll down and click Next to proceed.

  4. On the second page, either decline coverage or select the plans you would like for each section.

  5. Once all plans are selected, scroll to the bottom of the page, check both boxes, then click Next to proceed.

  6. The third page allows you to add dependents based on the plan selected. If there are no dependents to add, this step can be skipped. To add a dependent, click Add Dependent.

  7. Fill in all details about the dependent, then click Save.

  8. You will be returned to the dependents page where the newly added dependent will be visible. Add any additional dependents or click Next when all have been added.

  9. On the fourth page, enter all information about your primary beneficiary, then click Save.

  10. The page will display the beneficiary you added. Add any additional beneficiaries by clicking Add Beneficiary, then click Next to proceed when all have been added.

  11. A pop-up will confirm the task has been completed successfully. You will then be returned to your main myDashboard page in BOLD.

Additional Notes

Deduction updates: If an employee changes their benefits, you will see a change recorded by AvionteWeb in the Employee Log in Back Office.
