Locating the Analyze Report
- Click on Analyze Tab
The Reports Sub Tab will automatically be selected - In the Search Reports field, type FEDERAL
- Click on the Federal EEO Reporting Report

This report gives Federal reporting of EEO-1 information. This report was created based on the specifications found on the EEOC.gov website.
Filter Options

| Division | All available Employer List | Use this filter to refine Employer of the Talent | |
| Region | All available Region List | Use this filter to refine Region of the Talent | |
| Office | All available Office List | Use this filter to refine Office of the Talent | |
| Show Talent Info | Yes/No | If Show Talent Info = Yes, then report will show Talent’s EEO details If Show Talent Info = No, then report will show summary of number of Talents in different Races for each Job Category |

Use this filter to refine Report by Date Type | |
| Date From | Use this filter to refine Accounting Period Date or Week Worked Date of the Report between the date range | ||
| Date To | Use this filter to refine Accounting Period Date or Week Worked Date of the Report between the date range | ||
| Date Range | Options in the dropdown: None, Yesterday, Today, Tomorrow, Last Week, This Week, Next Month,etc. | When 'Date Range' is selected, 'Date From' and 'Date To' will be automatically disabled. The user will need to select either 'Date Range' or enter 'Date From' and 'Date To'. |
