IL Equal Pay Act (BOLD Analyze)

The IL Equal Pay Act report is used to upload talent data to the State of IL to comply with the Equal Pay Registration process.

The IL Equal Pay Act report is used to upload talent data to the State of IL to comply with the Equal Pay Registration process.

Filter Name	Options	Description
Division	All available Employer list	Use this filter to refine Employer of Transaction
Region	All available Region list	Use this filter to refine Region of Transaction
Office	All available Branch list	Use this filter to refine Branch of Transaction
Hours Worked Txn Type	Transactional Pay Codes	Use this filter to refine Transaction Pay Codes
Date From		Use this filter to refine Check Date of the Transaction's Payment Check between the Date Range
Date To
Date Range	Yesterday, Today, Tomorrow, …	When 'Date Range' is selected, 'Date From' and 'Date To' will be automatically disabled. The user will need to select either 'Date Range' or enter 'Date From' and 'Date To'.

SSN	Talent's SSN	Missing error is shown if no SSN
Gender	Talent's Gender	Missing error is shown if no Gender
Race	Talent's Race	Missing error is shown if no Race
Ethnicity	Talent's Ethnicity	Missing error is shown if no Ethnicity
Wages	Talent's Taxable Wages for the date range
Hours Worked	Talent's Hours Worked based on the selected Transaction Types calculated as: Payunit * UnitsToHoursMultiplier (Value of the property “UnitsToHoursMultiplier” of the transaction type).
Hire Date	Talent's First Placement Start Date for the Job Title
Termination Date	Talent's Last Placement End Date for the Job Title
Job Classification	Job's Category
Job Title	Job's Title
