Locating the Analyze Report
- Click on Analyze Tab
The Reports Sub Tab will automatically be selected - In the Search Reports field, type LOCAL W2
- Click on the Get Talent Local W2 Report
Logic
This report shows all local W2 information for a talent.
Filter Options

| Region | All available Regions List | Use this filter to refine Talent's Regions | |
| Office | All available Office List | Use this filter to refine Talent's Offices | |
| Year ID | Free Text. 4-digit year i.e. 2022 | A single year for which the tax information is displayed. A range of years is not allowed. | |
| State Code | Free Text | Use this filter to refine Talent's Tax State | |
| Local Tax | Free Text | Use this filter to refine Talent's Tax Local Code. | |
| SSN | Free Text | Use this filter to refine Talent's SSN | |
| Data Source | Avionte / Compare / Gshades |
If Data Source = Avionte, Taxable Gross and Tax Amount from Avionte Tables is pulled. If Data Source = GShades, Taxable Gross and Tax Amount from Green Shades Tables is pulled. If Data Source = Compare, comparison between Taxable Gross and Tax Amount between Avionte data and Green Shades data is pulled. |
