Lists amounts paid for SUI tax.

Filter Name	Options	Description
Division	All available Employer list	Use this filter to refine Employer of Talent
Region	All available Region list	Use this filter to refine Region of Talent
Office	All available Branch list	Use this filter to refine Branch of Talent
Date From		Use this filter to refine Payment Check for the Check Date between the Date Range having SUI tax
Date To
Date Range	None, Today, Tomorrow, …	When 'Date Range' is selected, 'Date From' and 'Date To' will be automatically disabled. The user will need to select either 'Date Range' or enter 'Date From' and 'Date To'.

Talent Region	Talent's Region	The field is hidden but it can be selected to display in the report
Talent Office	Talent's Office
Talent ID	Talent's ID from Front Office/Bold
BO Talent ID	Talent's ID from Back Office/Classic	The field is hidden but it can be selected to display in the report
Talent	Talent's Full Name
TaxName	SUI Tax name
Upper Limit	Payment Check's Tax Rate Upper Limit
Gross Amount	Total sum of the Gross Amount of the payment check.
Subject Wages	Sum of Subject Gross for the SUI tax
Taxable Wages	Sum of Taxable Gross for the SUI tax
Tax Amount	Sum of Tax Amount for the SUI tax
