Include EEO Task In Onboarding Packets - 08/09/2023 [RN]

We improved recruiter efficiency in AviontéBOLD, enabling users to add Equal Employment Opportunity tasks to onboarding packets.

Customer feedback noted that gathering EEO responses from talent required the EEO form to be sent separately from any onboarding packets they typically would send to applicants.

Thanks to this enhancement, you can now add the EEO task to existing or new Onboarding Packets to streamline your workflow.

This feature is available for all Bold customers by default.

You can add the EEO task under Utilities > Onboarding Packets and choose which type of EEO form you want to be included as an additional onboarding task when sent as part of that packet.
