Back Office IDs Visible In AviontéBOLD - 08/31/2023 [RN]

Improvement:

We improved user experience in AviontéBOLD, enabling users integrated with Back Office to view Back Office IDs within Bold Front Office.

Why?

Customer feedback noted that cross-referencing talent, jobs, companies, and placements would be easier if they could see both IDs in either BOLD Front Office or Classic Back Office.

How does this impact you?

Thanks to this enhancement, integrated customers will now see the corresponding Classic Back Office ID near the Front Office IDs in BOLD.

We've also added the ability to search Classic Employee IDs in the Quick Search of BOLD.

Note: Back Office Company, Job, and Placement search are not available at this time. It is limited to employees/talent only.

Availability:

This feature will automatically appear in client builds today (the system may require you to log out & back in).
