Avionté applications require passwords at various entry points — AviontéBOLD, Classic, Aero, portals, Online University, and others. Password structure requirements are consistent across all Avionté applications.
Requirements
Passwords in Avionté applications must meet the following criteria:
- At least 12 characters
- One special character
- One capital letter
- One number
- Not a password previously used for Avionté
Note: Passwords with 16 or more characters may be any combination and are exempt from the above requirements. If a password was created before these requirements were in place, users may be prompted to update it at their next login.
Account Locked
Five failed password attempts will disable login for 15 minutes. After the lockout period, the user may try again. A Super User can also reset the account to restore access immediately.
Expiration
Passwords expire every 90 days. When logging into companycode.aviontego.com, an expired password will display the message: "Password has expired. Click here to change it." Clicking the link prompts the user to create a new password.
