View and Subscribe to System Status Page Updates

  • Select Platforms and Products you want notifications for
  • View historical data and other details for specific events
  • Create a Status Page update
  • Expand each Platform to see the various components that roll up into each one
  • Average 90 day update will be displayed below the status bar

Status Page Subscription & Reporting

  1. Any user can subscribe to the Status Updates

    1. status.avionte.com

  2. Click on the Subscribe to Updates button

  3. Choose the type of notification you would like:

    1. Email

      1. Enter your email address

      2. Click on the Subscribe via Email button

    2. Text

      1. Change the Country Code if applicable (outside of United States)
        1. Default setting is United States
      2. Enter your phone #
      3. Click on the Subscribe via Text Message button

    3. Webhooks

      1. Enter the URL
      2. Enter your email address
        1. This is used if the Endpoint fails
      3. Click on the Subscribe button

      4. Messages

        1. Click the Visit our support site link
          1. https://support.avionte.com/hc/en-us

      5. Atom Feed or RSS Feed

        1. Click Atom Feed link
          1. http://status.avionte.com/history.atom
        2. Click RSS Feed link
          1. http://status.avionte.com/history.rss

    4. You may have to do a CATPCHA to verify you are human
      1. Select the appropriate images
      2. Click on the Verify button

    5. Select the Products and Components you want notifications for
      1. Default will have them all selected
      2. Click on the Save button

    6.  You'll see the following message, at the top

    7. Confirm your Subscription
      1. You should receive an email from: noreply@statuspage.io
      2. Click Confirm subscription button

        1. A web page will open
        2. You should see the following message at the top

Status Examples

The colors will change to Purple when you hover over them

  • Green: No Downtime

  • Lighter shade of Green: Partial outage

  • Yellow / Orange: Partial outage

  • Red: Major outage

Past Incidents

On the Home page, you should see Past Incidents section

  • Click on an Incident to see only that specific Incident

    • It also tells what was affected

View Historical uptime

  1. Click View historical uptime link

    1. You can also scroll to the bottom of the page
      1. Click on Incident History link

  2. Navigate to the desired Month

  3. Click the Incidents Tab for a different View
    1. This will only show the Incidents by Month

    2. Navigate to the desired Month
    3. Click Show All (if available)
      1. This would show additional Incidents (if applicable)​
