Labels or keywords used to categorize and identify specific attributes or characteristics of companies. These terms can be used to perform an advanced search on companies. |
Restrictions |
Specific limitations or conditions that prevent certain talent from being placed at particular companies or selected offices within a company. Restrictions could be due to various reasons, such as contractual agreements, company policies, conflicts of interest, or past performance issues. |
Activities |
Logged messages, interactions or communications between your company users and contacts at a company. |
Opportunities |
Track and manage potential business prospects and leads to secure new business and expand current client relationships. |
Jobs |

Overview |

POs |
PO (Purchase Order) number is a unique identifier assigned to a formal request for services or products made by a client company to a staffing agency. It serves as a reference for tracking and managing the procurement of staffing services, including temporary or permanent placements. |
Requirements |
Specific criteria and qualifications that talent must meet to be considered for a client’s job request. This could be skills, WC codes, background checks, drug screens, etc. |

Unique identifier assigned to the specific job once it has been posted and is actively filled. Job ID tracks the active job listing. |
Job Owners |
The user who enters the job, by default, and is responsible for managing and overseeing the placement of a temporary job. This person(s) may receive a commission based on the successful filling of the position. |
Job Branch |
The branch responsible for filling a job order. |
Sales Rep |
The user responsible for generating and managing job orders from clients. |
Job Origin |
A description of where the job originated from whether through manual creation or an API. |
Billing Contact |

Custom Filled Job Requirement Group |
A tailored set of job requirements specific to a particular role or client. Often these are requested by the company and all talent must meet these requirements to be placed on the job (must pass a background check, complete drug screening, have 3 verified references, etc) |
Job Order Template |
A standardized form used by staffing companies to capture and organize essential details about a job. It typically includes fields for job title, description, required skills, and client requirements, ensuring consistency and completeness in job orders. |
Rate Type |
