SimpleVMS Multi-Vendor Setup - Live
🚀 What's New
Released 01/29/2026
What is the improvement?
Avionté now supports multiple SimpleVMS vendor accounts within a single AviontéBOLD tenant. You can map different vendor accounts to specific branch offices, allowing your organization to manage multiple vendor relationships in SimpleVMS while operating within one unified Avionté system.
Why?
If your staffing agency operates under multiple FEINs, manages franchise locations, or supports multiple brands or business verticals, you likely maintain separate vendor accounts in SimpleVMS for each entity. Previously, each SimpleVMS vendor account required its own separate Avionté tenant, forcing you to choose which vendor account you wanted integrated with BOLD, leaving you with duplicate operations across multiple systems for the other vendor accounts. This enhancement allows you to consolidate all your SimpleVMS vendor accounts within a single AviontéBOLD environment, while maintaining clean separation between your different vendor accounts.
How does this impact you?
If you have additional SimpleVMS vendor accounts that aren't currently integrated with Avionté, submit a setup request by creating a Zendesk ticket. Our implementation team will work with you to configure the vendor-to-office mappings and establish the integration for your additional vendor accounts.
You'll notice when you open the SimpleVMS Settings screen, there's a new Vendor Mapping screen that will display each of your vendor accounts that are integrated with Avionte and it allows you to map each SimpleVMS vendor account to specific branch offices within your Avionté system. This mapping ensures that only users with access to the mapped offices have access to those vendor configurations in Avionte. Additionally, the vendor-to-office mappings helps to ensure SimpleVMS buyers can only be mapped to companies under the mapped offices for the vendor. Users who need to be able to manage and edit the vendor-to-office mappings will need to have the SimpleVMS Vendor Mapping Admin user permission enabled in their profile.
All integration mappings—including companies, contacts, job types, skills, and statuses—will be configured at the vendor level, ensuring data routes and is mapped correctly based on which vendor account the SimpleVMS job was posted to.

24/7 Report Name Updates - Live
🚀 What's New
Released 01/29/2026
What is the improvement?
We've updated the names of two reports that provide insights into your 24/7 WORK mobile app data. The 24/7 Posted Job Report is now the 24/7 Opportunities Summary, and the 24/7 Placement Report is now the 24/7 Opportunities Response. These name changes help clarify what data each report contains and make them easier to identify when analyzing your mobile recruitment activities.
Why?
These name changes provide clearer descriptions of what each report measures. The new names align better with industry terminology and help users quickly understand the difference between viewing a summary of posted opportunities versus analyzing responses to those opportunities.
How does this impact you?
When accessing these reports in Analyze and Back Office Reports, you'll see the updated names. The reports function exactly as they did before, so only the names have changed. If you have any saved links, bookmarks, or documentation that reference the old report names, you may want to update them to reflect the new naming convention. Knowledge base articles have been updated to reflect these new report names.

🚀 What's New
Released 01/29/2026
What is the improvement?
The 24/7 Talent Adoption Report has been renamed to the 24/7 SmartLink Summary Report and now includes clickable hyperlinks that open detailed panels showing comprehensive information about sent SmartLinks, failed SmartLinks, and new user logins. This enhanced report provides immediate access to talent-level details directly from the summary view.
Why?
Staffing agencies needed visibility into SmartLink performance and failure reasons to address high failure rates and associated costs. Without detailed insights into why SmartLinks were failing to reach talent, agencies faced workflow disruptions, increased communication costs, and an inability to effectively engage with their workforce. This enhancement provides the detailed tracking and analysis capabilities necessary to identify issues, optimize mobile communication strategies, and improve talent engagement.
How does this impact you?
The 24/7 Talent Adoption Report is now named the 24/7 SmartLink Summary report. When viewing this report in AviontéBOLD, you can click on the following hyperlinked metrics to view detailed information in a panel at the bottom of your screen:

Released 01/15/2026
🚀 What's New
What is the improvement?
AviontéBOLD now offers AI-powered in-person interview management that streamlines your entire interview process. Create your own interview scripts using the Talent Questionnaire feature, or let the system generate customized scripts with job-specific questions across 8 key categories. Both options allow you to capture interview notes during conversations and generate comprehensive summaries automatically. A new integrated Interviews section on talent profiles tracks both Pixel and in-person interviews, giving you a complete view of all candidate interactions. You get structured, comprehensive documentation that supports better hiring decisions and maintains detailed records for compliance—all while standardizing your interview process across recruiters.

24/7 Opportunities Detail Report - Live
Released 01/15/2026
🚀 What's New
What is the improvement?
A new 24/7 Opportunities Detail Report is now available in the 24/7 category of Analyze and Back Office Reports. This detailed report provides comprehensive information about jobs distributed through the 24/7 mobile app, offering deeper visibility into your job distribution activities than the summary report.
The report includes detailed information about:
- Job specifications and status
- Employer and office details
- Location and worksite information
- Position metrics and fill ratios
- Complete candidate pipeline data
Why did we make this improvement?
While the 24/7 Opportunities Summary Report provides high-level job distribution metrics, analyzing specific job details previously required running additional reports or manually looking up individual job records. This made it difficult to quickly understand the complete picture of which jobs were distributed to the mobile app and their current status.
The new detailed report consolidates comprehensive job information in a single view, including employer details, job specifications, location data, position metrics, and complete candidate pipeline information. This streamlines your workflow for analyzing recruitment activities and tracking job performance across your organization.
How does this impact you?
For Staffing Agencies:
- Access the new 24/7 Opportunities Detail Report from the 24/7 category in Analyze and Back Office Reports to view comprehensive job distribution data
- Review detailed job information including employer details, job specifics (status, type, position, dates), location data (worksite address, city, state, zip), and recruitment metrics (required/open/filled positions, fill ratio)
- Access complete candidate pipeline metrics including web applicants, pipelined candidates, submittals, interviews, offers, offer approvals, and candidates declined
- View additional details such as shift information, days open, custom job IDs, and whether jobs were posted to 24/7
- Use this detailed report alongside the 24/7 Opportunities Summary Report to get both high-level metrics and granular job-level information
For more information about using the 24/7 Opportunities Detail report, see 24/7 Opportunities Detail Report.
Note: This report provides detailed, job-level information. For high-level summary metrics, use the 24/7 Opportunities Summary Report. All standard report filtering and export capabilities are available.
System Setting/User Permission Update: This feature is disabled by default. Customers who wish to enable this functionality should contact their Customer Success Manager or Account Manager to have it activated in their system settings.
Branch Filtering for Expiring Talent Documents - Live
Released 01/15/2026
🚀 What's New
What is the improvement?
The Expiring Talent Documents widget on your dashboard now includes a Branch filter, allowing you to view expiring documents by specific office locations. This multi-select dropdown lets you focus on the branches most relevant to your work.
Why?
Managing document renewals across multiple offices can be overwhelming when you're looking at every expiring document company-wide. With branch-level filtering, you can quickly zero in on expiring documents for your specific offices, making it easier to prioritize renewals and ensure compliance within your areas of responsibility. This targeted view saves time and helps prevent documents from expiring unnoticed at locations you manage.
How does this impact you?
When viewing the Expiring Talent Documents widget on your dashboard, you'll now see a Branches filter option. Click the dropdown to select one or multiple branches—the widget will display only expiring documents associated with your selected offices. The filter shows only branches you have access to in the system, ensuring you see relevant information for your role. This works alongside the existing Date Range filter to give you complete control over your document management view.
