Update Highlights
Summer Release — 8/27
These are the headline features landing in our August 27 Summer Release: bigger investments across BOLD that customers will want to plan around before they go live. Everything else on this page continues on its regular release cadence below.
Summer Release 8/27 BOLD | Agents | Matching Agent
Overview
Replaces the old keyword-based auto-matcher with an AI matching agent that automatically ranks candidates on the Job > Talent screen and explains why each match was suggested.
System Setting / Permission Update
None. The Matching Agent is on by default for all users and replaces the previous Auto Matcher automatically once the release reaches your tenant.
Why We Built It
Candidates use different words for the same skills, and matching purely on keywords misses qualified people who phrase things differently. The Matching Agent understands intent and context, so it surfaces stronger candidates and explains why each one was suggested.
What to Expect
A ranked list of candidate matches automatically appears on the Job > Talent screen, generated from a hybrid of vector-based and structured matching (certifications, location, availability), with a brief explanation of why each candidate was suggested. Admins can set default match weighting under Jobs > Auto Matcher Options in Table Editor.
Reference the article for more information: Matching Agent.
Summer Release 8/27 BOLD | Standard Job Titles (with SOC)
Overview
Adds Standard Job Titles, mapped to SOC codes, as an optional required field at job creation for clients who don’t lock down the Job Title field.
System Setting / Permission Update
No additional user permissions are required beyond existing job creation permissions. Contact Avionté to enable Job Title field locking or SOC code configuration.
Why We Built It
Job titles vary widely for clients who don’t lock down the Job Title field. Standard Job Titles gives them a consistent, SOC-mapped naming convention without changing how they create jobs.
What to Expect
Configure Standard Job Titles in Table Editor > Standard Job Titles, and require them at job creation via Table Editor > New Job Order Requirements. Titles map to SOC codes and appear as a selectable option during job creation.
Summer Release 8/27 24/7 Onboarding | Adobe Combined Docs
Overview
24/7 Onboarding now supports combining multiple Adobe Sign documents into a single signing transaction, matching functionality that previously only existed in legacy onboarding.
System Setting / Permission Update
Contact your Avionté representative to enable combined Adobe transactions for your 24/7 Onboarding workflows.
Why We Built It
24/7 Onboarding now matches legacy’s combined-signing capability, so talent sign multiple related documents in one transaction and clients can move fully onto the 24/7 platform.
What to Expect
Onboarding workflows can group compatible Adobe Sign documents, grouped by signer and excluding I-9 templates, into a single signing transaction. Completed documents split back out into Talent > Documents once signed, and the Adobe Audit Report captures a separate PDF for each document.
Summer Release 8/27 Job Posting Salary Enforcement
Overview
BOLD can now block a job posting from publishing if it’s missing a required salary range, based on state and job type rules the client configures. This feature is rolling out in phases; Avionté must enable the feature flag per tenant before any configuration or enforcement takes effect.
System Setting / Permission Update
Not self-service. Avionté enables the feature flag per tenant as part of a phased rollout that began the week of June 25, 2026. Once enabled, any existing BOLD admin can configure enforcement rules from the renamed Job Post Configuration page. Avionté does not determine which salary disclosure laws apply to your business; configuration and compliance decisions are the client’s responsibility.
Why We Built It
Pay transparency laws are expanding to more states each year. Salary Enforcement gives agencies a built-in way to guarantee required salary ranges are included automatically, so compliance keeps pace with the changing map.
What to Expect
Configure which states and job types require salary disclosure from the renamed Job Post Configuration page. Salary data flows automatically to Indeed, ZipRecruiter, Google for Jobs, the Careers Page, and the Partner API. The Job Post Summary Report now includes Min Pay Rate, Max Pay Rate, and Target Pay Rate columns for compliance tracking.
Summer Release 8/27 BO Evolution | New Custom Field Controls
Overview
Admins can mark any Custom Field as required, pre-populated, or optional at the point of record creation for Talent, Company, Company Office, Job, or Placement records.
System Setting / Permission Update
Configured in Back Office > Admin Tools > Config Choice. Users who currently have access to manage Custom Fields in AviontéBOLD can configure these settings directly; no new permissions are required.
Why We Built It
Custom Fields let clients capture extra information beyond standard fields. The new required and pre-populate controls make sure that information is actually collected every time, so teams get complete data without extra follow-up.
What to Expect
Users can’t submit a record until required Custom Fields are filled in, and designated fields can be set to pre-populate automatically when the creation screen opens. Applies to the Add New Talent, Create New Company, Create New Office, Create Job, and Start on Job panels.
Summer Release 8/27 BO Evolution | Worker Comp Enhancement
Overview
WC/WSIB codes are now scoped to specific offices instead of showing up across every office in an agency, closing a gap that was causing payroll errors. Admins can also create, edit, and manage codes entirely within BOLD’s Table Editor, without a separate Back Office setup step.
System Setting / Permission Update
None.
Why We Built It
WC/WSIB codes now stay scoped to the office they’re approved for, giving agencies office-level control and one consistent source of truth. Admins can also configure codes, rates, and dates directly in BOLD’s Table Editor, with no separate Back Office step.
What to Expect
A redesigned Table Editor screen lets admins set Division and office-level access per code, with duplicate-code prevention and a full audit trail. Restricted WC/WSIB dropdowns apply across Company, Job, and Job Template screens, and job-creation APIs now enforce the same office-level validation.

Summer Release 8/27 BO Evolution | Billing Tab in BOLD (Credit Limit & Invoices)
Overview
The company record’s Billing tab now brings Credit Limit and Invoices together in one place. Credit limit tracking moves from Back Office into BOLD, so agencies can view and manage a company’s credit limit, Payment Options, and Hold Code without switching systems.
System Setting / Permission Update
Viewing the Credit Limit section is available by default. Editing requires the new Edit Credit Limit permission, which an administrator must enable for users who need to make changes. The existing Company Invoices permission continues to control visibility of the Invoices tab in its new location; no new permission is introduced there.
Why We Built It
Completing company onboarding while tracking credit exposure used to mean switching between BOLD and Back Office. Bringing credit limit visibility into BOLD lets teams complete onboarding in one system, and every change is now logged automatically in BOLD Audit.
What to Expect
A new Credit Limit section appears on the Billing tab of the company record, showing Credit Limit, current AR Balance, Hold Code, Alert Value, Payment Options, and a Credit Limit Exposure slider. The Invoices tab, previously its own tab, now sits within Billing alongside Credit Limit, with invoice search moved into a Filter panel.

Summer Release 8/27 Mobile Talent Distribution for BOLD
Overview
Recruiters get a new Mobile Distribution section on the Job > Talent screen. It shows which talent a job went out to, in what order, how they were notified (SMS, in-app, or email), and whether they responded.
System Setting / Permission Update
None. This is available automatically to all clients with the 24/7 Work integration enabled. If your account currently uses the Entry Point for Interest Jobs setting (Account & Settings > Avionté Marketplace > WorkN Integration) to route interest jobs to Nomination, that setting is no longer available once this feature is active; interest jobs route through Pipeline instead.
Why We Built It
Recruiters want to see exactly how a job moved through Avionté 24/7 Work distribution. Mobile Talent Distribution gives them that visibility directly on the Job > Talent screen, so they can act on job-specific fit instead of nominating or pipelining talent broadly.
What to Expect
On the Job > Talent screen, view ranked talent distribution, notification method, notification time, response status, and distribution order for jobs sent through 24/7 Work. Move talent directly into Pipeline, Nominate, or Start from the same row.
Reference the article for more information: 24/7 Distribution in Candidate Management.
Summer Release 8/27 Chat Enhancements
Overview
Avionté Chat gets three related updates for all Chat users. Job links inserted into the composer now render as clean, removable tags instead of raw text or long URLs; for PIXEL clients, this also applies to Pixel Bot links and Talent Engagement templates. Chat Admins can set an In-App Activity Threshold in Table Editor to control when notifications deliver in-app versus by SMS. And recruiters can block a talent’s conversation from the same kebab menu used for Hide/Unhide, a hard stop needed for App Store compliance.
System Setting / Permission Update
These enhancements roll out in phases; contact your Avionté Support Team if you don’t see them yet. The Chat Settings section (In-App Activity Threshold) is visible only to users with the Chat Admin role. No new permission is introduced for composer tags or Block/Unblock; both are available to any user with existing Avionté Chat access.
Why We Built It
Three updates make Chat easier to manage. Job links, and for PIXEL clients Pixel Bot links and Talent Engagement templates, now render as clean, removable tags instead of raw text. Chat Admins can fine-tune when notifications fall back to SMS based on a talent’s activity, and recruiters can block a talent’s conversation directly from the message thread.
What to Expect
Job links (all users), and Pixel Bot links or Talent Engagement templates (PIXEL only), render as removable tags in the composer. Chat Admins set an In-App Activity Threshold in Table Editor > Misc > Chat Settings, and recruiters can Block a talent’s conversation from the row kebab menu, with a new Blocked filter alongside Hidden in the conversation list.
Will fold into Avionté Chat and Avionté Chat – PIXEL at launch.

Live 8/13 Enhanced Reports - Three New Reports Available
Overview
Three new Enhanced Reports are now available. Along with all Enhanced Reports, these deliver a 90% performance improvement over standard AviontéBOLD reports, completing in seconds instead of minutes. You’ll also gain access to 5+ years of historical data in a single report (up from the previous 1-year limit), approximately 5-minute data refresh for near real-time insights, and enhanced stability that eliminates timeout errors.
For a full list of available Enhanced Reports, see the Enhanced Reports Section.
System Setting / Permission Update
No system setting or permission changes are required. Enhanced Standard Reporting is available as an optional feature — to opt in, submit a support ticket or contact your CSM to enable faster processing, extended historical data, and improved reliability.
Why We Built It
Avionté’s modern Snowflake/Sisense data architecture powers Enhanced Reporting with faster processing, deeper historical data, and more reliable performance — built for the speed and depth today’s workforce analysis demands.
What to Expect
These four reports join the Enhanced Reports library with the same modernized interface: reports auto-load with default date parameters, feature streamlined filters, and offer improved export access. The Enhanced Client Contact Report surfaces searchable client contact details for sales and account management, the Enhanced Starts Report adds 24/7 app engagement columns alongside new placement activity, and the Enhanced NL Statutory Holiday Report (Canada) supports statutory holiday pay compliance for Newfoundland and Labrador.
INSIGHTS customers gain additional sharing, scheduling, and customization capabilities for effortless report distribution across teams.
Live 8/13 Talent Questionnaire Report: Historical Version Filter and Columns
Overview
The Talent Questionnaire Report in Back Office Reports now includes a Show Historical Versions filter and two new columns, Original Question Group and Questionnaire Version, giving users visibility into every version of a questionnaire a talent has completed. Filtering by questionnaire name has also been corrected to return matching results regardless of the questionnaire’s naming or version history.
System Setting / Permission Update
None.
Why We Built It
Questionnaires evolve over time as they’re renamed or updated. The new Show Historical Versions filter and version-tracking columns give users clear visibility into which version of a questionnaire a response reflects, including past versions in a single report run. Filtering by questionnaire name now also accounts for renames and re-versioning automatically.
What to Expect
Reference the article for more information: Talent Questionnaires (Web Test) Report.
Live 8/13 BOLD | Adobe E-Docs | Template Cache Expiry Increase
Overview
We’re increasing the Adobe template cache expiry in AviontéBOLD from 8 minutes to 60 minutes, as part of a fix for a recurring caching condition causing intermittent Onboarding Automation failures.
System Setting / Permission Update
None.
Why We Built It
Extending the Adobe template cache expiry from 8 minutes to 60 minutes improves caching stability for Onboarding Automation, keeping onboarding tasks running smoothly as templates update.
What to Expect
Currently, changes made to a template in Adobe are reflected in the Adobe E-Doc sent to talent in BOLD (whether as an individual task, part of a packet, or part of an automated onboarding workflow task) within 8 minutes. After this change, template updates made in Adobe could take up to 60 minutes to reach BOLD.
To force an update sooner, disable and re-enable the document, or make a change to its configuration in Adobe — either action busts the cache and syncs the newer template version to BOLD within 5–10 minutes.
Coming Soon
Coming Soon User Activity Audit Report
Overview
The new User Activity Audit Report shows all changes made BY a specific HCM user — such as a recruiter — across Talent, Company, Contact, Job, and Placement records within a chosen date range. Unlike the existing Audit Log Report, which shows changes made TO a record, this report shows changes made BY a person, making it easy to review an individual’s activity for performance, training, or compliance purposes. Access the report in Analyze → Reports → User Activity Audit Report.
System Setting / Permission Update
No new permission is required. The report is automatically available to any user who already has the existing Audit Log Report enabled on their profile.
Why We Built It
Supervisors and compliance teams need to review activity by person, not just by record, to support performance reviews, productivity tracking, and audits. The User Activity Audit Report gives BOLD users that same by-person view, answering questions like “What did this recruiter change last week?” directly.
What to Expect
Navigate to Analyze → Reports and search for “User Activity Audit” to open the report. Select an HCM User (required) and a Date From/Date To range (required), and optionally filter by Entity Type — Talent, Company, Contact, Job, or Placement. Results show who made each change, when it occurred, the entity and field affected, the old and new values, and the related division, region, and office, sorted with the most recent changes first.
Coming Soon Privacy Policy & Terms and Conditions URLs on Twilio Toll-Free Verification
Overview
Twilio now requires a Privacy Policy URL and a Terms & Conditions URL on every toll-free number verification submission, starting September 15, 2026. The Toll-Free Number search panel in Avionté Marketplace now includes required Privacy Policy URL and Terms & Conditions URL fields, pre-populated from Table Editor > Misc > Policy Settings so the submission isn’t rejected. Agencies can edit either field before purchasing to submit their own URLs instead of the defaults.
System Setting / Permission Update
None.
Why We Built It
Twilio is adding a compliance requirement to its toll-free verification process. Beginning September 15, 2026, any submission missing a Privacy Policy URL or a Terms & Conditions URL will be rejected, and a rejected verification means the toll-free number can’t send messages. This update adds both URLs to every submission ahead of that deadline so toll-free numbers purchased through BOLD keep working without interruption.
What to Expect
On the Toll-Free Number panel in Avionté Marketplace, the search form now shows required Privacy Policy URL and Terms & Conditions URL fields, pre-populated from Table Editor > Misc > Policy Settings. No action is required to keep using the pre-populated URLs. To use your own URLs instead, edit either field before selecting Purchase.
