The Contact Tags Report gives you a complete view of every company contact and the tags associated with them — including company details, contact information, and a dynamic set of columns showing exactly which tags apply to each contact. Use it to segment contacts by tag (such as anniversaries, accounts payable, or other custom-defined tags) for targeted outreach and data maintenance.

Understanding This Report
What This Report Shows You
The Contact Tags Report displays one row per company contact, combining the contact’s personal and location details with the associated company’s record and location details, along with the contact’s source and every tag currently applied to that contact.
Why Use This Report
This report helps you answer questions such as:
- Which contacts carry a specific tag (for example, an anniversary or accounts-payable tag)?
- How many contacts are associated with a given company, status, or representative?
- Which contacts are missing key details, such as an email address or phone number?
- Which contact source(s) are producing the most tagged contacts?
Who Benefits From This Report
Sales and Account Management: Identify tagged contacts for renewal, anniversary, or follow-up campaigns, and verify contact details are current before outreach.
Marketing: Build segmented contact lists based on tags for targeted communications.
Data/Operations Teams: Audit contact and company records for completeness and accuracy across tagged segments.

Practical Applications
Use the Contact Tags Report to build tag-based contact segments for targeted campaigns — for example, pulling every contact with an anniversary tag for a given month, or every contact tagged Accounts Payable for a billing-related outreach. Because company and contact details are included alongside the tag columns, you can filter to a specific company, representative, or location and immediately see which tags apply without cross-referencing other records. This also makes the report useful for periodically auditing tag data for accuracy and completeness.
