These are the features scheduled for our December 3 Fall Release: our next set of investments across BOLD, Mobile, and Partnerships. All of these are currently Coming Soon and will go live on release day.
Coming Soon BOLD | Discount Management
Overview
Discount Management brings discount setup and management directly into Avionté BOLD. Users no longer switch to Back Office to configure, view, or modify discounts. Set up discounts at the office or company level, then copy a company’s discount down to its offices instead of configuring each one separately. Apply, adjust, or remove discounts at the job level, including on jobs that already exist.
System Setting / Permission Update
A new edit permission controls who can change a discount at the company, office, or job level. Users without it can view discount information but can’t make changes. All changes log to the company’s audit log.
Why We Built It
Clients on an integrated solution had to leave BOLD and go into Back Office just to see or manage a discount. Discount Management closes that gap, and copy-down to company-level discounts saves setup time for multi-office clients.
What to Expect
Configure a discount at the office or company level, then copy it down to offices as needed, and re-copy any later updates the same way. Existing jobs can now carry a discount, not just new ones, and auto-apply at job creation works the same as before. The Back Office discount screens become view-only once this releases.

Coming Soon BOLD | AR Balance
Overview
AR Balance adds a native Accounts Receivable view inside BOLD, so users can see a company’s outstanding balances without switching to Back Office.
System Setting / Permission Update
Access requires the existing Customer Invoices permission. Find it on the company record’s Billing tab, as the second tab alongside Invoices. Exporting to Excel requires the extract-to-Excel permission, and every export logs to the Admin Export Audit Log under Utilities.
Why We Built It
Checking whether a company had open invoices meant switching to Back Office. AR Balance gives staffing agencies that information inside BOLD instead.
What to Expect
The AR Balance screen is read-only, matching Back Office. Filter by As of Date and by office to narrow the view.

Coming Soon BOLD | Direct Deposit Enhancements
Overview
Direct Deposit Enhancements move direct deposit account management to a dedicated Direct Deposit tab on the talent profile in BOLD, with a modernized interface, real-time bank account validation, prenote sent and approval dates, and a full payment history view. The talent portal and 24/7 app get the same new interface.
System Setting / Permission Update
A new Edit Talent Direct Deposit permission, in the Modification Access category, replaces Talent Profile Admin for this purpose. The migration to the new permission runs ahead of release, so existing Talent Profile Admin users are already on it before December 3. Routing and account numbers stay masked by default everywhere; an eye icon lets a user with Edit Talent Direct Deposit, or the talent in the portal, reveal the full number, and every reveal logs to audit.
Why We Built It
HCM users needed everything about a talent’s direct deposit in one place, and bad bank account data was slowing down Back Office processing. Archiving instead of deleting preserves direct deposit history, and the new interface and account sequencing fix accessibility issues in the previous design.
What to Expect
Hard deletion of bank accounts is gone. Accounts toggle Active/Inactive instead, which preserves history and the audit trail. A new Direct Deposit History section surfaces Bank History from Back Office directly in BOLD, filterable by account. Once a talent has more than 3 accounts, Reorder Accounts lets you resequence with up/down arrows, and the Remaining Amount account automatically moves back to the last position.

Coming Soon BOLD | Time Capture Method of ‘None’
Overview
Time Capture Method of ‘None’ is a new option in BOLD’s standard list, for jobs that don’t use a BOLD time capture method at all. Set it as a Table Editor default, a company default, or a job-level setting. Jobs using it don’t surface the Timesheets area for Talent Users or Manager Users.
System Setting / Permission Update
A new Filled Job Requirement, configurable in Table Editor under New Filled Job Requirements, lets you require a Time Approver when Time Capture is set to None. Placement APIs now include an Approver object so third parties can pull that data.
Why We Built It
Clients who manage timekeeping through a third party via API needed a way to tell BOLD a job isn’t using a BOLD time capture method, without surfacing time information in the Talent or Manager Portals.
What to Expect
You can’t switch an existing job’s Time Capture method between a standard method and None, or back, once it’s set. If a Contact is set as Time Approver on a job with Time Capture None, BOLD creates a Manager User for them automatically, with the welcome email suppressed.

Coming Soon Mobile | Chat Documents
Overview
Recruiters and talent can share documents and photos directly inside Avionté Chat, without switching to email or a personal text thread. Each message can include up to 3 attachments, up to 5 MB each, saved to the talent’s profile under Documents > Chat Documents.
System Setting / Permission Update
Three Chat Access permissions, Send Documents, View Documents, and Delete Documents, plus a separate Document Reviewer permission, control what each user can do. Turning the feature on takes two steps: a Super Admin enables a system-level setting first, then the customer turns on the Chat Attachments toggle for their own account, in 24/7 Settings > General under Chat Settings.
Why We Built It
Recruiters and talent needed a way to share paperwork and photos without leaving the conversation or resorting to a personal device for work. The Document Reviewer workflow lets a reviewer screen documents for sensitive information and mark them Public or Private before anyone else can see them.
What to Expect
Supported file types are PDF, Word (.docx), and plain text documents, plus JPEG and PNG photos; HEIC and HEIF photos convert to JPEG automatically from the 24/7 app, and the web file picker doesn’t accept HEIC at all. Without Document Reviewer, a user only sees documents that are already reviewed and either Public or shared with them. The Chat Documents Review dashboard widget gives reviewers one place to find every talent with documents waiting for review, and a document can be shared with multiple users and groups at once.
Coming Soon Mobile | Mark All Chats as Read
Overview
Mark Current View as Read and Mark All as Read clear the unread indicators in your Avionté Chat inbox in one click, without opening every conversation. Mark Current View as Read clears only the conversations in the list you’re looking at; Mark All as Read clears everything. Both live in the three-dot menu next to the Chat filters.
System Setting / Permission Update
None.
Why We Built It
Clearing an unread count one conversation at a time didn’t scale. These two options let you clear your current filtered view or your entire inbox in one click.
What to Expect
The menu isn’t available when you’re viewing another user’s chats, such as Recruiter View, Others’ Group Chats, or Archived Chats. Conversations aren’t deleted, hidden, or moved; only their unread indicators clear, and there’s no undo. If your filter was set to Unread, it returns to All afterward.
Coming Soon Mobile | Picklisting in BOLD
Overview
Picklist talent directly from Avionté BOLD, without using the 24/7 web portal. Picklist from the Candidate Management screen for a single job, or from Talent Search for many talent at once.
System Setting / Permission Update
A Disable Picklist by Nomination setting in 24/7 Settings controls whether nominating a talent also picklists them.
Why We Built It
Picklisting talent meant switching to the 24/7 portal. Doing it from BOLD removes that switch, and immediate per-talent feedback means you know right away which talent were added and which weren’t, and why.
What to Expect
A results panel gives an Error Type and Error Details for each talent who didn’t picklist, for example Radius Conflict, Schedule Conflict, Worker Unavailable, Vetting Required, Worker Blacklisted, or Not Synced to 24/7. Fix the issue on the talent’s profile, then use Reprocess Failed Requests to try again. The Picklist Selected button needs the 24/7 integration enabled and set to picklist mode; jobs using dynamic distribution won’t show it.
Coming Soon Mobile | Active Mobile Job Monitor Widget
Overview
A new dashboard widget shows distribution-complete Mobile jobs you own, with talent response counts. Each row is a job you entered that’s finished distribution in 24/7 WORK, showing how many talent accepted, declined, or were recruiter-declined, how long the job has been open, and how many shifts are still open.
System Setting / Permission Update
None.
Why We Built It
Checking a mobile job’s status meant opening its Candidate Management screen. The widget gives that status at a glance, with a clear breakdown of talent responses per job.
What to Expect
Counts are specific to each job, and the widget updates when you load the page or refresh it; it doesn’t refresh automatically.
Coming Soon Partnerships | Talent Search APIs
Overview
A new Talent Search API, powered by OpenSearch, lets partner integrations search across talent attributes including name, phone number, email address, skills, tags, and last activity date. Requesters choose which fields to search and which fields to return, with partial-string matching and pagination. A companion Talent Matcher API exposes BOLD’s existing talent-matching functionality the same way.
System Setting / Permission Update
None.
Why We Built It
Partners were limited to a fixed set of searchable fields. Flexible field selection and partial-string matching let them build the search experience their integration actually needs. Ringover, Converz AI, VTX, Sense, Unemployment Tracker, and Doherty all requested this directly. Available to partner integrations and Certified Integrations through the Partner API.
What to Expect
Partners choose which fields to search and return, and can match on a partial string, for example the first four letters of a name, with paginated results.
Coming Soon Partnerships | Task Assignment and Administration
Overview
Partners and Certified Integrations get API endpoints to insert tasks directly into BOLD and assign them to talent using BOLD’s existing Task tools, instead of relying on manual recruiter workarounds. Partners can return results, scores, and notes back to BOLD, and a persistent vendor link stays on the talent dashboard so talent can always get back to the partner platform.
System Setting / Permission Update
None.
Why We Built It
Partner tasks previously meant manual recruiter intervention or a one-off custom SSO build for every integration. New task types can now be registered without a code release, and partner results flow back into BOLD so recruiters see outcomes without leaving the platform. Available to partners and Certified Integrations through the Partner API.
What to Expect
Task insertion and completion events log in New Relic at the partner level, and talent click-through on vendor links tracks in Pendo.

Coming Soon Partnerships | APIs Trigger Onboarding Automation
Overview
Talent status, pipeline stage, and nomination stage changes made through the API now automatically trigger the same onboarding automation that BOLD users get when they make those changes in Front Office. No manual trigger needed.
System Setting / Permission Update
None.
Why We Built It
Clients using API integrations for pipeline and nomination changes had to separately and manually confirm onboarding had started. This closes that gap, so onboarding automation behaves the same whether a change happens in the BOLD UI or through the API.
What to Expect
Nothing changes about how you call the API. Onboarding automation now fires automatically on Talent Status, Pipeline Stage, and Nomination Stage changes made that way. The same API calls that update those fields today also trigger onboarding automation going forward; there’s no new endpoint to call and no change to the BOLD interface.
Coming Soon Partnerships | Activity APIs
Overview
A new collection of Activity APIs, under the Partner Additions API, covers talent, job, and contact activity: getting a single activity, getting activities by date, querying multiple activities, updating an activity, and deleting one.
System Setting / Permission Update
None.
Why We Built It
Partner integrations could see placement data but not the fuller activity history logged through quick actions, placements, nominations, pipelining, profile updates, applications, and text messages. That gap limited clients’ ability to maintain complete employee interaction records, including for unemployment insurance claim disputes. Sense requested this to support more complete data in integrations like the Unemployment Tracker.
What to Expect
Partners can pull or manage activity records across talent, job, and contact activity. An invalid Activity ID returns an error. New endpoints under the Partner Additions API.
