New Avionté Support Center Navigation

Upcoming: this reorganization is targeted for the week of November 16-20, 2026. It hasn’t gone live yet, and this article will be updated once it has.

We’ve reorganized the Avionté Support Center to make it easier to find what you need. Instead of separate sites for Avionté BOLD, Avionté CLASSIC, and our partner integrations, support content now lives in one place, organized by what you’re trying to do. Here’s what’s changing and what to expect.

What’s Changing

A Simpler Way to Browse

The new Support Center is organized around what you’re trying to do, not which product you happen to be using. Whether you’re in Avionté BOLD, Avionté CLASSIC, or one of our partner integrations, you’ll find the answer under the same category.

The homepage now has 12 categories to choose from:

Release Management

Simple

The search bar at the top covers all of it too: Avionté BOLD, Avionté CLASSIC, and our partner integrations together. You no longer need to know which site to search, or try your question again somewhere else if the first search comes up empty. One search, one set of results.

What to Expect

Your Bookmarks Still Work

If you’ve saved a link to a support article, it will still take you to the right place. We’re moving content into the new structure behind the scenes, and any old link that moves will forward you automatically. You shouldn’t need to update any bookmarks on your end.

The articles themselves haven’t changed. You’ll find the exact same instructions you’re used to, just organized in a way that’s easier to browse.

Built With You in Mind

We reorganized the Support Center because we want you to find answers faster, and we’d like to know if it’s landing. Tell us how easy it was to find what you were looking for, what’s working well, and what could still be better. Leave a comment on this article, or reach out to Support if you need assistance.
